  • Deep skillet or wok
  • Set of Pots: Large, Medium, Small
  • Strainer or Sieve
  • Set of mixing bowls: Large, Medium, Small
  • Chopping board 
  • Separate chopping board for meat or fish optional recommended. 
  • Sharp kitchen knife
  • Kitchen tongs
  • Wooden or kitchen spoon
  • Small whisk
  • Measuring cup
  • Can opener
  • Grater coarse and fine
  • Scissors
  • Baking paper

 

Pantry Items:

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive oil extra virgin
  • Cooking oil of your choice, we recommend regular Olive oil, Rice bran, coconut or any oil with a higher heating point.
  • Vinegar Apple cider is good.
  • Eggs
  • Fish sauce
  • Soy sauce 
  • Tap water
  • Milk any kind
  • Chilli flakes/powder or any hot sauce
