21 Day Challenge
Our 21 Day challenge starts on the 1st Monday of each month and runs for three weeks. It includes ingredients and recipes for 21 meals and smoothies. A bonus workout plan is also included. You will receive two deliveries each week to cook seven meals and make seven smoothies. We send your first delivery on a Sunday before the challenge starts. Cut off time is 11:59 pm Sundays one week before the challenge begins.
 
Weekly options
Delivered once a week on a Sunday or Monday, you choose. No subscription or contracts, orders must be placed 11:59pm Sundays the week before.
 
Ordering and Delivery
 
No Cancellations after 11:59pm Sunday, prior to delivery. In order to create your Meal Kit for the week we start immediately processing your order after cut off Sunday midnight. Once the ingredients for your meal kit have been ordered, we no longer accepting cancellations after this point. Your meal kits are delivered the following Sunday or Monday. You do not need to be at home at time of delivery. Any items that need to be chilled, like meat, poultry or fish are packed with ice packs in an insulated bag. We recommend to put them in the fridge as soon as you receive them.
 
Smoothies
 
Delivered once a week on a Sunday or Monday, you choose. No subscription or contracts, orders must be placed 11:59pm Sundays the week before. Ensure to free up space in your freezer depending on your order we recommend one drawer.
 
What do I need to cook my Meal Kits?
You will need a standard kitchen stove with oven, regular set of pots, pans and utensils will do. We are require you to have a few pantry items on hand to cook your Meal Kits, link below for a full list.
