We washed prepared and portioned all ingredients and delivered them fresh/frozen, there will last up to 3 days in the fridge, but we highly recommend freeze straight away to ensure better quality and freshness. Each smoothie recipe comes with its own separate superfoods bag, and some include fresh banana as well.
